Gone runnin'

Today is a bank holiday here in Madrid so I took the chance and tried out my Nike+ gear in Parque del Retiro… which is a big park just down the street from where I live where I suppose most of the Madridians do their running, because it was really crowded. One “lap” around the park is about 5 km. I don’t know about you guys but that distance suites me quite good. Today it took me 28 mins to get around. That time has to be improved!
